Terms of Use
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Drappy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Drappy constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Subscription & access
Drappy requires an active subscription to access the app's features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Free trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial gives you full access to all features of Drappy at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your App Store account will be charged. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.
Auto-renewal & billing
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period expires. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can verify your renewal date at any time in your App Store account settings.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Once cancelled, you will retain access to Drappy until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to the app's features will be suspended until you resubscribe.
Refunds
All purchases and renewals are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Your content
You retain full ownership of any drawings, photos, and content you create within Drappy. We do not claim any rights over your content. Your work is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Drappy for its intended purpose as a personal drawing challenge tool. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or any of its content. You may not attempt to circumvent the subscription requirement or any security features of the app.
Intellectual property
Drappy and its original content, features, branding, and design are owned by Drappy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The app is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use under these terms.
Disclaimer
Drappy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drappy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Drappy at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Drappy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which Drappy operates.
Apple's standard EULA
Your use of Drappy is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.
